What a little hidden gem. I've had EL Toreo a few times now and absolutely love their tostada pollo. it's massive. It's bigger than traditional ones and comes with a good amount of meat, cheese, sour cream and avocado. I've also had their steak tostada which I don't really recommend as the meat is a bit dry. Although the al pastor taco is a good pick, packed with favors and you can get it with cilantro and onions or tomatoes and lettuce. A good little joint. I never dine in so I'm not sure how service is. Sometimes when you walk in there isn't always someone at the counter, but it's not a long wait until someone shows up. It'll be nice if they had a bell to ring or a chime at the door for them to hear when customers enter.
Really yummy, inexpensive, authentic Mexican food. I pick my food up from here on my lunch break regularly and I am consistently pleased. Very good quality food!
Best tasting mexican food. New owners now. Before would have given them 2 star for food. Now food is full of flavor and service is great.
$7.99 is a good deal for a 3 steak taco platter that includes rice and beans. You can choose other meats as well for your tacos. The steak was good. If you dine in, they also give you complimentary chips and salsa. The service is good and fast so if you're on a quick lunch break, this is a good option. The dining area is casual and clean.
A great taco place in a strip mall. They give you three tacos instead of two in their dinners with more than one lime. The meat and tortilla are fresh and the place gets an order very fast. There is plenty of seatings although the view is pretty drabby of a parking lot in a suburban strip mall.
